The Story of Odd:

It all began in a crowded cafeteria. Several friends gathered at a table for lunch. One of the friends decided to catch up on some recreational reading while eating. At one particular juncture he stumbled across a passage in the book that he decided to share with his friends. On that fateful day his mispronunciation of the name "Ood" in that sentence forever changed the course of their friendship. He looked up from the book and proclaimed, "I am Odd." And thus, this group of friends, this stalwart clan of buddies, became a Brotherhood. The Brotherhood of Odd has since grown and is finally finding its true place in the world. A place where the bizarre and odd are common place. A place known as the Internet. Welcome to the Asylum. Won't you join us?
